29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:  a)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/17/17:  Employees were exposed to live electrical parts on the 3rd floor service panel where the cover was not installed.   b)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/17/17:  Employees were exposed to live electrical parts on the 3rd floor old service panel where there was no cover.    c)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/17/17:  Employees were exposed to live electrical parts on the 2nd floor old service panel where there was no cover.   d)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/17/17:  Employees were exposed to live electrical parts in the street side stairwell where the temporary lighting wiring was exposed.    e)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/17/17:  Employees were exposed to live electrical parts in the parking lot side stairwell where the temporary lighting wiring was exposed.
