Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall, crushed-by, and struck-by hazards.   a)  On or about December 12, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were using Western Mfg. Co., Hunter, Rotary, and Challenger automotive lifts.  Maximum capacities were exceeded and inspections were last performed in October 2015 or earlier.    NOTE: Abatement certification AND supporting documentation are required for this item.
