Polin & C. Spa Ostali Planetary industrial mixer, 2011, PL60HD INOX VASCA SOL. with a broken plexi glass guard and missing handle knobs that created a potential for catching loose clothing and apron ties, to include exposing employees to punctures, cuts, and amputations if the guard shattered or fell away from the point of operation.
