29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter.   DSM Coating Resins, Inc in Augusta, GA: Employer provided fire extinguishers for use in the event of discovery of a fire; providing hands on training to some employees at initial assignment through the fire brigade. Employees were not provided annual training on handling and use of fire extinguishers on or about 9/27/17.
