29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a).  Worksite located at 4427 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, Missouri- Employees were observed working on a rooftop installing siding and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a). Worksite located at 4427 Osage Beach Parkway, Osage Beach, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the  ladder being used to access the upper landing surface was not extended at least 3' above the landing surface.
