On or about 12/14/2017 employees at the Builders Supply roofing project were exposed to eye punctures. Employees were operating pneumatic nailers without eye protection.

Employees were engaged in roofing activities without fall protection. Yupa's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1227373, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Summer Street, Lunenburg, Ma, 01462.
