29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) 893 US 1 Iselin, NJ 08830    Instance #1 At the time of the inspection there were 4 employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20ft. Four employee were performing roofing work with no means of fall protection.     Instance #2 At the time of the inspection employees were using a Genie GS-2668RT to access the roof. The employees would climb over the top guardrail to gain access to and from the  roof, exposing themselves to a fall hazard.    Hazard observed on 12/18/17
