29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:   (a) Worksite:  On or about 12/21/2017, the employer did not ensure that the electrical outlet box powering the deep fryer was free of grease and food particles that were trapped between the deep fryer plug end and the outlet, which created a gap, exposing employees to the energized prongs of the deep fryer plug end.
