29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access.  (a) On December 21, 2017, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that, food items were stored on a mobile bakery rack and storage stand, partially blocking the food prep exit route. The exit route was only 24 inches in width.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting.  On or about December 21, 2017 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fire hazard in that, fire extinguisher training was not provided to employees who work in the kitchen at the food preparation area.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   (a) On or about December 21, employer exposed employees to a chemical hazard in that a written hazard communication program was not provided to employees who wash dishes and clean the facility using chemicals such as, but limited to: sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite.
