One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.  a) 12 Commerce Street Ext, Poughkeepsie, NY - On or about 12/9/2017, An employee utilizing the iJAWS IV ronworker was exposed to flying parts from the die area when a die split and struck the employee above the eye, exposing him to flying parts.
