29 CFR 1926.706(b): All masonry walls over eight feet in height were not adequately braced to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse unless the wall was adequately supported so that it will not overturn or collapse:  At 14014 255th Street, LaBelle, MO, specifically where masonry walls were being constructed, one wall measuring approximately 12'H X 40'L was not braced to prevent an unplanned collapse.  A second wall measuring approximately 18'H X 24'L was not braced to prevent an unplanned collapse.  This violation was observed on 01/04/18.

The black, plastic nozzle was uncovered.  This violation was observed on 01/04/18.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  At 14014 255th Street, LaBelle, MO, specifically where masonry, concrete block walls are under construction, the tubular weld standard frame scaffold facing east was supported by 16 base plates only.  The surface upon which this scaffold was assembled consisted of stone gravel and dirt.  This violation was observed on 01/04/18.
