29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:  a)  On or about December 8, 2017 and times prior, an employee used a hand operated guillotine paper cutter to trim paper down to size.  The paper cutter was not equipped with a guard to prevent employees fingers and hands from slipping into the point of operation.
