29 CFR 1910.1200(e) (1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: 2 Caprice Drive, Chesterfield: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to work with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline, brake fluids, carburetor cleaners, and anti-freeze without instituting an effective written hazard communication program which addresses sections (f), (g), and (h). On and about 01/04/2018 employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as gasoline, brake fluids, and carburetor cleaners without an effective written hazard communication program in place.
