29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2)/MUTCD 6C: All traffic control signs and devices used for protection of the workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 1988 Edition, Revision 3 in that the employer did not develop and implement temporary traffic control elements to direct traffic around the work zone and protect employees in the work zone:    a) 37 N 63rd Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about 10/5/17, the employer did not implement a traffic control plan that included transition areas using channelizing devices to direct traffic away from the closed roadway and into the temporary lane, exposed the employees to struck-by hazards.
