29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a) On or about January 4, 2018, the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Marvin Gonzalez-Ortega were exposed to fall hazards of up to 24 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a residential building with no fall protection in place.
