MG Renovations LLC. project site located at 3000 Playbird Rd. Sheboygan, WI: On and about January 8, 2018, employees were exposed to multiple hazards, including but not limited to falls, electrical, and struck by, while installing siding on an apartment building when the employer had not implemented or communicated safety programs or policies to exposed employees in order to control or eliminate recognizable hazards.
