29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On or about January 10, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to eye injury and struck-by hazards from kickback, misfire, and flying debris while using pneumatic nail guns, and working adjacent to pneumatic nail guns, with out wearing safety glasses.
