Garage and Main Building - Employee on the roof 30 feet above the ground was not protected from falling.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    The ladders used to access the roof were not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surfaces, in the following instances:     a) Garage - The 32' yellow ladder extended 1.5 feet above the roof surface.   b) Main Building - The 24' orange extension ladder extended 2.5 feet above the roof surface.
