Storage Bench, Delta bench grinder:  The tongue guards were not installed on the grinder properly.  The protective member was position next to the enclosure guard instead in the opening above each abrasive wheel.  B.  Shop Floor:, Ryobi pedestal grinder:  The left side of the grinder was not provided with a tongue guard and the tongue guard on the right side of the grinder was adjusted to approximately 1.5 inches from the abrasive wheel.
