29 CFR 1926.452(a)(4): Diagonal bracing in both directions was not installed across the outside face on all double- and single-pole scaffolds:      At a new construction site, employees were working from a single-pole scaffold that was not equipped with diagonal bracing to prevent displacement of the support poles exposing the employees to fall hazards.
