29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): (a) On or about January 10, 2018, at the front of a two-story commercial building, a tubular welded frame scaffold was erected such that it and conductive objects handled on it came closer than 10 feet to an energized, uninsulated overhead power line, 13.2 kV phase to phase, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
