29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- Building 1700 - 1700 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 24 feet to the ground surface below, while applying tape to the outer edges of the building's windows and performing other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail/screen.  Condition observed on or about 01/18/18.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
