29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 472 North Elmwood Road, Marlton NJ: An employee, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof sheathing, framing, and other related activities while walking/working from the top plate of a residential structure's outer wall. Condition observed on or about 01/18/18.
