29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) On or about January 18, 2018, in the powder coating work area, where the employees wear a half mask respirator voluntarily while engaged in activities related to the spray powder coating of metal parts, the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program, exposing the employee to health hazards related the use of respirators.    Powder Pros, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1217211, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 9774 W Florida Mining Blvd., Suite 701, Jacksonville Florida.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  a. On or about January 18, 2018, in the powder coating shop area, the employer failed to develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program for the protection of the employees, that use hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to "P Series Powder Coatings".  Powder Pros, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1217211, citation number 1, item number 3-b and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 9774 W Florida Mining Blvd., Suite 701, Jacksonville Florida.
