29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A) through (H):    (a) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, the oil return lines on compressor 200 had isolation valve B31 identified as B37 on the drawings, solenoid valve/strainer unit B32 identified as B37 on the drawings, and solenoid valve/strainer unit B38 identified as B32 on the drawings.    (b) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, the oil return lines on compressor 300 had isolation valve B31 identified as B37 on the drawings, solenoid valve/strainer unit B32 identified as B37 on the drawings, and solenoid valve/strainer unit B38 identified as B32 on the drawings. (b) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, employees were using valve 3C59 to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on compressor 300.     (c) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, employees were using valve 4C59 to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on compressor 400. Valve 2C60 is installed on a vertical pipe, however, the manufacturer requires it to be installed on a horizontal pipe.     (b) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, valve 3C60 is used to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on ammonia compressor 300.  Valve 3C60 is installed on a vertical pipe, however, the manufacturer requires it to be installed on a horizontal pipe.     (c) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, valve 4C60 is used to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on ammonia compressor 400.  Valve 4C60 is installed on a vertical pipe, however, the manufacturer requires it to be installed on a horizontal pipe.     (d) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, valve 5C60 is used to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on ammonia compressor 500.  Valve 5C60 is installed on a vertical pipe, however, the manufacturer requires it to be installed on a horizontal pipe.     (e) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, valve 6C60 is used to regulate liquid ammonia pressure in the High Pressure Liquid Line on ammonia compressor 600.
