29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:     (a). Worksite located at 130 S. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking where employees could hit their heads and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a). Worksite located at 130 S. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking near unprotected edges without the use of any means of fall protection.    Berd Electric, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 893391, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5884 E. Valley Center Drive, Bozeman, MT.
