29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about January 18, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program for employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but no limited to, petroleum distillates, to fabricate metal products.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv) where topics of including, (i) Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area (ii) The physical and health hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area; (iii) measures and procedures to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, (iv) sections of the hazard communication program were discussed:  On or about January 18, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop a training for employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but no limited to, petroleum distillates, while performing metal fabrication operations.
