29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level:  a) 838 Hemlock Road, Union, NJ:   Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from an aluminum ladder that had been set upon the pitched portion of the garage roof.     On or about 10/4/17 an employee was injured when the aluminum ladder that he had been working from slipped on the roof surface, causing him to fall between 10 and 20 feet.
