29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from the hazards such as those created by point of operation, in-running nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:       The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards associated with "gut table" conveyance machinery in the facility.  An employee suffered a partial amputation to their left middle finger tip.  This was most recently documented at 3001 L St. Omaha, Nebraska on or about January 16, 2018 when the employer had employees working on the above listed machines without proper machine guards.
