29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a. On or about January 29, 2018, in the spray painting downdraft booth, the employer failed to develop and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee required to use a respirator during spray painting operations was medically able to use that respirator and knew how to properly select, use, clean, maintain and store the respirator.
