29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(D): Building and/or facility owners did not notify tenants who occupied areas of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos-containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM) at the worksite in their buildings or facilities.   a) Ponderosa, LLC,  on or about October 2, 2017, the employer did not notify Perry Pro Tech, Inc., of the presents of asbestos in the building. Employees, working in the basement, were conducing class III asbestos work while running new cables above a dropped celling. Exposure to asbestos can cause a variety of serious health effects including asbestosis, mesothelioma and lung cancer.
