29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:       a)  On January 31, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13.7 feet while performing carpentry work.    b)  On January 31, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards from unguarded window openings on the second floor.    c)  On January 31, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.2 feet from a floor opening leading into the basement from the first floor.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:     a) On January 31, 2018, employees were using a stairway to access the second floor from the first floor, that was not equipped with a stair rail system on the unprotected sides between the first and second floors of the home.
