29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    Construction Site: On or about January 30, 2018 an employee was observed working on a scaffold that was not fully planked. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard greater than 10-feet to the ground below.

The employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than ten feet to the ground below.
