29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along open sides and ends of platforms:  a) 3735 Belmont Avenue, Dover PA - An employee was exposed to a 25 foot - 6 inch fall hazard while working from the platform of a pump jack scaffold which had not been provided with midrails or endrails, on or about February 1, 2018.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
