29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  At the jobsite located at 4325 E Harry St. Wichita KS, Employees engaged in, but not limited to, concrete dust and debris clean up procedures were exposed to inhalation hazards in that no medical evaluation was performed prior to the required use for a tight fitting N-95 respirator.
