29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: 686 Sneads Ferry Rd, Camp Lejeune: An Mayco Grout Pump (Model C-30) used at the worksite to block and fill the mortar mix was not guarded during operation exposing the following unguarded rotating and moving parts to employee caught-in hazards, such as, belts, pulleys and a shaft.
