29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 2/7/18 in front of 1041 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA; the employer allowed an employee to ride on the United Rental's aerial lift (#805032RA) to deliver lights up to the 2nd floor located approximately 15' above the ground, and the employee was not wearing a body belt and lanyard.
