29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): Employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified to recognize the nature of fall hazards in the work area.       On or about February 5, 2018, employees working above 6 feet were not trained to recognized and correct hazards associated with falls while working in attics to perform maintenance or install HVAC units.
