29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a). Worksite located at 420 Forest Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were using pneumatic nail guns to secure plywood to the wood frame of the structure and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 420 Forest Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near unprotected edges and were not protected from falling by any means of fall protection.
