29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points:  a.  Berry Spring Subdivision, Lot #42 Marlborough Drive, Bethlehem, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard.  Employees are using damaged flexible electrical cords  which is used on the portable equipment/tools.  The outer insulation of the electrical cords are severely damage exposing the inner wires (live wires), employees are working and walking in close proximity to the damage electrical cords, on or about February 8, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:  a.  Berry Spring Subdivision, Lot #42 Marlborough Drive, Bethlehem, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to fall  hazards.  Employees were in the process of installing siding to the exterior  front side of the newly constructed home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 13 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 02/08/18.
