Employees were performing framing activities on the newly constructed residential home, with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about 02/08/18.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Berry Spring Subdivision, Lot #30A Marlborough Drive, Bethlehem, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 17 feet above ground level on the elevated makeshift 2x10 plywood platform, while installing roof rafters to the newly constructed two-story residential home, on or about 02/08/18.
