29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about February 13, 2018, at 1804 MacArthur Dr., Alexandria, LA, the employer allowed an employee to operate aerial lift baskets at high elevations without wearing fall protection. The employee was observed working without fall protection from a towable articulating boom platform at a height of approximately 20 feet above ground.
