29 CFR 1917.154: Compressed air for cleaning exceeded 30 psig:  Shop:  On or about February 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, compressed air used for cleaning measured 90 p.s.i.g. at the nozzle tip.  This condition exposed employees to air embolism hazard from contact with the nozzle tip and eye injury from flying particles.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  Shop:  On or about February 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, where employees used hazardous chemicals such as 4-Way CRX, compressed gases, petroleum products, CRC Dry Moly Lube, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program.  This condition limited information to employees who use hazardous chemicals in the workplace.
