29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:      (a)Cazu Construction Inc. at 400 East Clearwater Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to February 14, 2018 the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in framing activities throughout the structure were exposed to falls from approximately 8 feet to in excess of 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
