Hover St. Longmont, CO 80501: On or before February 14, 2018 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees installing a new sign onto the front exterior wall of a commercial building were not utilizing a fall protection system.  Employees stood on and worked from a low-sloped metal awning.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
