29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  On or about February 15, 2018, in the front reception area at 2905 S Congress Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33448, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards as a result of the employer's failure to ensure that materials were not placed within a marked Exit door which was completely blocked by both a wooden DVD cabinet and a cardboard display bookcase.
