On or about February 15, 2018, in the front reception area at 2905 S Congress Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33448, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards as a result of the employer's failure to ensure that materials were not placed within a marked Exit door which was completely blocked by both a wooden DVD cabinet and a cardboard display bookcase.
