29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On 2/14/2018, employees of Juan Carlos were working on a residential building located at 933 Sill Ridge Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  Employees were installing and removing roofing materials approximately 10 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing themselves to a fall to the ground below.

On 2/14/2018, employees of Juan Carlos were working on the roof of a residential building located at 933 Sill Ridge Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  Eye protection was not used by employees involved with using pneumatic nail guns during roofing operations.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  When portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails were not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access.  On 2/14/2018, employees of Juan Carlos were working on the roof of a residential building located at 933 Sill Ridge Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO. The ladder the workers were using to access the roof was not extended three feet beyond the upper landing surface of the roof.
