29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Avenue of the Orchard Lot 157: Front of the building: On February 15, 2018 and times prior the employer failed to protect employees from falls of 9 feet 8 inches to the ground below while installing shingles on a new roof.   (b)Avenue of the Orchard Lot 157: Back of the building: On February 15, 2018 and times prior the employer failed to protect employees from falls of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below while installing shingles on a new roof.
