OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when a proper anchorage point was not used to prevent the employee working in an aerial lift from falling to the lower level.   On or about February 15, 2018 at 3421 Northlake Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia, an employee painting exterior features at an apartment complex was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 15 feet to the lower level from an aerial lift.  A suitable anchorage point on the aerial lift was not used that would have prevented the employee from falling to the lower level.
