29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling:    a) Try Way Motel, White Horse Pike, Galloway, NJ: On or about 02/14/2018, five roofing workers were installing shingles on the uppermost portion of the motels steep sloped roof.  The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.  CDC Commercial Exteriors Corporation was the controlling employer for this jobsite and as such was responsible to ensure the workers were protected.   CDC Commercial Exteriors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164133, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 134 Bradford Dr., Schwenksville, PA.
